Une qualité de produits exceptionnelle. Par exemple je n'ai jamais dégusté de soles aussi grosses et de cette qualité. Un petit point quand même sur lequel Luximer devrait informer ses clients : il faut savoir peler les poissons (comme la sole) car ils sont livrés entiers, avec la peau. C'est heureusement le cas pour moi.
