Produit original idéal dans une salade terre mer par exemple mais soyons franc c'est original mais pas transcendant
produit nouveau très apprécié, avec du vinaigre balsamique, et fait aussi avec une marinade jus de citron,huile d'olive, poivre, baies,herbes ,et un peu vinaigre de cidre, dégusté sur du pain grillé, un délice très bonne initiative de fumer les coquilles saint jacques, je recommande fortement le produit produit à réserver pour les fêtes
