Description

Cod is actually cod preserved in salt. It is a lean fish with many nutritional qualities: rich in protein, source of omega 3, etc.

Tasting : Before preparing any dishes, it is best to leave the product to desalinate for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the desired flavour!

Omelettes, brandade, cold or hot salads, Bacalhau, stuffed, braised or fried cod, acras: there's no shortage of cod-based recipes, each as delicious as the next!

Storage : Store between 0°C and 4°C

Ingredients : Cod (Gadus Morhua) and salt.

Information in bold is for intolerant or allergic persons. May contain traces of fish.

Best before: 1 month Caught in the North East Atlantic
