Artisanal Lobster Bisque - 470ml

A real treat for the taste buds, this exceptional bisque is made from Breton lobsters. It perfectly blends the aromas of herbs, with lobster meat spiced up with a touch of cognac and wine. 

Tasting notes

As a starter, serve it piping hot, accompanied by garlic croutons, rouille or crème fraîche: a real treat! To do this, heat over low heat without boiling, and add a tablespoon of crème fraîche... It's also delicious in a sauce to accompany fish and shellfish.

Ingredients:

Water, fish, whole lobsters 3%, tomato paste, crème fraîche, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, flavoring (shellfish), garlic, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, color: paprika, white wine*, lactose, milk protein, cognac, pepper, hot pepper.
