Description

Consumed by man for centuries, squid (Loligo vulgaris) is a cephalopod with a muscular but soft and fusiform body. It also has long fins or tentacles covered with suckers. Its white flesh is thin, slightly sweet, firm and tender.

Dégustation

Stuffed squid is when the whole body is stuffed with vegetables, it is then generally cut into pieces or slices. Cooked "à la romaine" or "à l'armoricaine", battered, fryed, as a salad, casserole, grilled or marinated, squid has many ways of being cooked.
