The oil is heated to infuse numerous Katsuobushi shavings. The fragrances are powerful, the palate gourmand, long and subtle, the notes of dried bonito authentic, never distorted.
This oil is ideal for risottos, salads, carpaccios, pasta and other rice dishes, woks, clear broths and soups.
