You can dose your dashi broths according to intensity and desired use.

Ingredients : 

Salt, 24% dried bonito (katsuwonus pelamis), sugar, dextrin, yeast extract, shiitake, soy sauce powder (soy, wheat, sugar cane, manioc, salt), kombu seaweed.

No additives, colorants, preservatives or flavor enhancers.

Information in bold is for intolerant or allergic persons. May contain traces of wheat, soya and dried bonito.
