Description

Delicately flavored, the sorrel sauce is made with fresh cream and sorrel, all enhanced with a hint of lemon. Practical, its format in a jar contains a fair dosage of flavors.

Tasting:

This sauce can be heated in the microwave or in a bain-marie to then coat your fish, your vegetables, your rice... You can smooth it with fresh cream to make it more fluid. This sorrel sauce can be enjoyed generously with salmon, monkfish, haddock or shellfish.

Conservation :

After opening the pot: 3 days at +2°/+4°C.

Ingredients :

Water, butter, fresh onions, 4.8% premium sorrel, sunflower oil, wheat flour, transformed corn starch, salt, leek powder, concentrated lemon juice, milk protein, shallot and garlic powder.
