« Colin » or Hake (Merluccius merluccius ) is a white fish from the same family as cod. Its body is long with a light gray color; it has a large mouth with sharp and developed teeth. It is a fish that likes cold waters where it lives deep down during the day and hunts at night. Its fine and delicate flesh will please the whole family.
