Skinless Cod Fillets - 5kg

The star fish of Portugal and the islands, salted cod fillets will bring a little sunshine to your plate!

Cod is actually cod preserved in salt. It is a lean fish with many nutritional qualities: rich in protein, source of omega 3, etc.

 Tasting :

Before preparing any dishes, it is best to leave the product to desalinate for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the desired flavour.

Omelettes, brandade, cold or hot salads, Bacalhau, stuffed, braised or fried cod, acras: there's no shortage of cod-based recipes, each as delicious as the next!

Cod; salt.          

Best before: 2 months minimum

Store between 0°C and 4°C
