Description

Salted cod fillets without skin come in the form of fillets weighing around 400/700g.

Cod is actually cod preserved in salt. It is a lean fish with many nutritional qualities: rich in protein, source of omega 3, etc.

Tasting :

Before preparing any dishes, it is best to leave the product to desalinate for 48 to 72 hours, depending on the desired flavour.

Omelettes, brandade, cold or hot salads, Bacalhau, stuffed, braised or fried cod: there's no shortage of cod-based recipes, each as delicious as the next!
