Enjoy these rillettes on toast as an aperitif, or as a starter, accompanied by salad, tomatoes and toast. To fully enjoy the flavor of our rillettes, refrigerate them for a few hours before serving!
Ingredients :
Mackerel 50% (Norway or Ireland origin), crème fraîche, onions, mustard* [water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid], onions, candied lemon puree with ginger 4% (salt candied lemon ( 44%), sunflower oil, ginger (21%), spirit vinegar, spices), lemon juice* 2% (water, lemon juice concentrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), lemon peel 2%, chives , salt, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, lactose, milk proteins, pepper. *
