Description
This tasty little shellfish, with its tangy aroma, makes a delicious pairing with skate, for its flavour and the creaminess of its flesh. Subtly combined with a few fresh notes... ginger, lemon and just-crushed coriander seeds... not from a sailor, it's so good!
Tasting notes:
Spread on toast , spread on fresh bread and place on the grill for 2 to 3min, accompany with lemon or fleur de sel
Storage :
Serve chilled between 6 and 12°C.
