Sardina Pilchardus Walbaum caught during the peak season, processed fresh then trimmed and fitted by hand. Made the old-fashioned way, they are fried in sunflower oil. Port of disembarkation, vintage and name of the boat are indicated on the back of each box. The flavor of sardines combined with that of bird's eye chili, to be enjoyed with country bread and semi-salted butter.
