Véritable délice pour les papilles, cette bisque exceptionnelle est élaborée à partir de homards bretons. Elle marie parfaitement les parfums des aromates, avec la chair de homard réhaussée touche de cognac et de vin.

 

 

Dégustation

En entrée, elle se sert bien chaude et accompagnée, pour les plus gourmands, de croûtons à l’ail, de rouille ou encore de crème fraîche : c’est un véritable régal !

 

Elle est aussi délicieuse en sauce pour accompagner poissons et crustacés.

 

 

Composition :

Fumet de crustacés (eau, langoustine, vin blanc(contient des sulfites)), chair de coffre de homard 10%, vin blanc (contient des sulfites), huile de tournesol, oignons faris, concentré de tomates, amidon transformé, farine de blé, beurre, sel, cognac 1%, poudre de lait écremé, ail poudre, poivre.
