Artisanal Lobster Bisque - 740ml

A real treat for the taste buds, this exceptional bisque is made from Breton lobsters. It perfectly blends the aromas of herbs, with lobster meat spiced up with a touch of cognac and wine. 

Tasting:

Heat over low heat without boiling. As a starter, serve it piping hot, accompanied by garlic croutons, rouille or crème fraîche: a real treat! It's also delicious in sauce to accompany fish and shellfish.

Water, fish, whole lobster 3%, tomato paste, crème fraîche, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, shellfish flavor, garlic, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, color: paprika, white wine*, lactose, milk protein, cognac, pepper, chili pepper.
