Description

In this original recipe, the sweet, characteristic flavor of the knife is enhanced by Eau de Vie de Cidre, which adds an original fruity note and amplitude in the mouth.

Ingredients :
Knife meat 22%, cider brandy 1.2%, pout, cream, coarse salt, butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, seaweed (agar agar and wakame), pepper.
