Mackerel flakes, yellow peppers and green olives - 80g

A pleasing combination of yellow peppers and green olives to accompany the mackerel in this surprisingly flavoursome crumble. A drop of lemon and a hint of chilli add the finishing touch... Captivating flavours! 

Serving : 

Serve chilled between 6 and 12°C, spread on toast, spread on fresh bread and grill for 2 to 3 min, accompany with lemon or fleur de sel

Ingredients : 

Mackerel fillets 56%, yellow pepper compote 22% (yellow pepper, sunflower oil, concentrated lemon juice, salt, sugar, mixed herbs, garlic, black pepper), olive oil, onion, spirit vinegar*, green olive 3%, concentrated lemon juice, hot pepper, fine salt, seaweed (sea lettuce), thickener: carrageenan (seaweed extract).
