Tasting :
Seaweed, shallots and lemon tartar is best served on toast as an aperitif, plain or with smoked salmon, avocado or shrimp tails... It is also perfect in fish tartars, sauces or salads. It goes divinely with rice or potatoes, as an accompaniment to fish.
Shelf-life:
24 months at room temperature. Keep for 5 days at +4°C after opening.
Ingredients :
Blend of 3 seaweeds 58% (Sea Lettuce (Ulva), Dulse (Palmaria palmata), Sea Beans (Himanthalia elongata), rapeseed oil, shallots 11.6%, water, concentrated lemon juice* 2.3%, salt, pepper.
*Contains sulfites.
