Generously spread your haddock rillettes on toast with a dash of lemon as an aperitif or starter. You can accompany them with salad, tomatoes and toast. To fully enjoy the flavor of our rillettes, refrigerate them for a few hours before serving!

Ingredients :

Crème fraîche, haddock 26% (smoked haddock, salt, natural coloring: annatto), haddock 24%, onions, mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier: citric acid), juice lemon* (water, lemon juice concentrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), bamboo fiber, chives, lactose, milk proteins, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar, pepper, curry and coriander.
