SCALLOP & TUNA ROUGAIL WITH LIME - 100G

The scallop is a bivalve mollusc whose edible parts are the muscle. It is hermaphroditic: the male part is whitish, while the female part is orange. It lives only in European seas and rests on soft bottoms (sand, mud) at depths of up to 200 m. Like its cousin the scallop, it is harvested by dredge and is the subject of a major fishery that imposes regulations.

Benefits :
Scallops are low in calories and fairly rich in minerals. It also contains vitamin B12.

Tasting :
As an aperitif, stir lightly before opening, serve chilled in small tapas dishes.

Storage :
After opening, keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
