Fish soup is a traditional and essential part of our heritage. This fish soup is made from tasty fish such as red mullet and conger eel, as well as seasonal fish, for unique flavors every time. Cooked with a host of small vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic, leek) and perfectly seasoned, it's no longer a simple soup, but a true gourmet dish.
Made in Brittany, this fish soup is cooked using natural products and traditional methods to bring together only the best from Brittany's coasts.
This soup is ready to use. Simply reheat over low heat, without boiling. Serve piping hot, garnished to taste with croutons, cream, grated cheese and rouille.
