To bring out all the flavours, the shell of the langoustine has been crushed and incorporated into a fumet, giving it an incomparable flavour. This langoustine bisque is cooked using natural products and traditional methods: it's the best of Breton gastronomy in a tin. Preparation advice This Langoustine bisque is ready to use. Simply reheat over a low heat, without boiling. Serve piping hot, topped with croutons, cream, grated cheese and rouille. Ingredients Water, fish 20%, langoustines 9%, tomato, onion, leek, garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, Millac salt, pepper, chilli and fennel.
