Description

The sardine (Sardina pilchardus) is a small fish from the herring family. About twenty centimeters long, it is silver in color with bluish reflections. The sardine lives off the coast in compact schools.

Tasting:

In addition to being rich in omega 3 and vitamins, sardines are a delicious dish. It is generally prepared grilled on the barbecue with fine herbs. Sardines are also divine in fish soup, stuffed or cooked in foil.
