Cod crumble with coconut milk

Ingredients (serves 4) :

1. 4 cod fillets

2. 1/2 lime

3. 90g flour

4. 40g hazelnut powder

5. 70g butter

6. 10cl coconut milk

7. 1 curry powder

8. salt

Preparation steps :

1. Dice the fish and place in an oven dish. Clean the lime and grate the zest over a bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix with the curry powder, salt and coconut milk. Once the ingredients are mixed, pour the mixture over the fish. 2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). In a large bowl, add the flour, hazelnut powder and chopped butter. Mix the mixture to obtain a sandy texture (coarse sand). 3. Cover the fish with the crumble mixture and place the dish in the oven for around twenty minutes. 4. Serve immediately. Tips: You can garnish your crumble with a little rice. You can also add parsley or coriander to the crumble.
