Description
The sardines from Compagnie Bretonne, Sardina Pilchardus, are caught during the peak season when they are at their meatiest to then be softer and tastier in the can.
For this preparation, the sardines are cooked in water. After being canned manually, the sardines are covered with ½ Breton salt and organic churned butter.
Tasting:
Fry your sardines in churned butter and enjoy a delicious dish.
After a few minutes in the pan over low heat, they regain all the flavors of the sardine. A recipe to accompany with steamed potatoes or rice

Fresh sardines sardina pilchardus walbaum 82% (fished in the North East Atlantic), fresh churned butter* 1/2 salt.
