Enjoy these rillettes on toast as an aperitif, or as a starter, accompanied by salad, tomatoes and toasted bread. To fully enjoy the flavor of our rillettes, refrigerate them for a few hours before serving!
Ingredients :
Salmon 40% and smoked salmon 15%, crème fraîche, lemon juice* (water, lemon juice concentrate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), onions, mustard* (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidifier : citric acid), chives, thickeners: xanthan and guar gum, lactose, milk proteins, salt and pepper.
* Contains sulfites.
