Mixture of 3 seaweeds ( 58%: sea lettuce, dulse, sea bean), rapeseed oil, shallots 11.6%, water, lemon juice* 2.3%, salt and pepper.
Seaweed, Caper and Gherkin Tartare :
Blend of 3 seaweeds 32%(Sea lettuce, dulse, sea beans, olive oil, capers (15.3%) gherkins (15.3%) , onions, mustard seeds, black pepper, coriander, shallots, walnut oil and garlic.
Sea Lettuce and Basil Pesto :
Sea lettuce ( 32.5%), basil ( 32.5%), olive oil (21.7%), almond powder, tofu, garlic and fine salt.
*Contains sulfites.
Information in bold is for intolerant or allergic persons. May contain traces of mustard, nut oil and soya.
