Spécialité de la gastronomie grecques et Turc, la Tarama est un mélange d'oeufs de cabillauds fumés montés en mayonnaise. Ce sont ces oeufs de poissons qui lui donne sa si jolie couleur rose qui agaye l'apéritif.

Dégustation

Ma tarama est déal pour l’apéritif. Servi sur un blinis chaud, du bon pain frais et des petits toasts 'est un régal !
