Description

Ce panier a été concocté spécialement pour ne réunir que le meilleur des crustacés bretons. Le homard breton, si rare en période de fêtes de fin d'année est à la fête dans ce panier. Cuits à l'eau de mer, il est un luxe à lui tout seul... Ne parlons pas de la finesse de chair de l'araignée et des langoustines.... Tout ceci agrémenté de coquillages cuits également à l'eau de mer !

  • 1 Pièce de homard breton cuit de 500g*
  • 1 Pièce d’Araignée de mer cuites de 800g ou tourteau cuit 800g selon arrivage*
  • 6 pièces Langoustines cuites*
  • 120g Crevettes grosses
  • 100g Bulots cuits*
  • 60g Bigorneaux cuits*
  • 60g Crevettes grises
  • Rinces doigt

Dans l’ensemble, impeccable, mis à part quelques bigorneaux qui n’étaient pas bons dans le lot. À part ça, rien à dire

Je suis d’habitude très satisfaite de ce produit. Pour autant, cette fois-ci, j’avoue avoir été un peu déçue. L’araignée était noire, pleine d’eau et pas assez cuite. Les crevettes avaient l’air flétries et les bigorneaux n’avaient aucun goût. Effet Saint Valentin ?
