Hake, cut into slices (2kg)**
Conger, cut into slices (2kg)**
Dog fish, peeled (2kg)**

2 fresh fish cut into fillets from the following list :

Haddock fillets (2kg)**
Cod fillets (2kg)**
Salmon fillets (2kg)***

New : you can now choose skate wings (2kg) instead of one of the filets !

il y a quand même beaucoup de chutes de poissons vendus au prix fort,qui ne pourraient pas être vendues dans le commerce, les merlans aussi étaient très petits, heureusement que la fraîcheur est au rendez-vous!
