Blend of selected dehydrated products consisting of vegetables, garlic, parsley, white wine and other powdered products.

For cooking fish, shellfish, meat or vegetables.

Dosage for 1L of court-bouillon: 24g of dehydrated preparation + 1L of water.

How to use: Stir vigorously with a whisk. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat. Cooking time: 1 min.
