The Veuve Cliquot champagne brut "Carte jaune" comes from an assemblage of 50 to 60 different crus.
The Gross Carte Jaune is composed of:
50 to 55% of Pinot Noir which ensures the typical structure of the wines of the House
15 to 20% of Pinot Meunier which completes the rounding.
28 to 33% Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse necessary for its perfect balance.
Reserve wines, used in high proportion (around 25% and up to 40%) guarantee the durability of the Veuve-Cliquot champagne style.
The power of this champagne with a golden yellow color immediately imposes itself on the nose. Its complexity explodes in the mouth.
