Description
La Salicorne n’est pas une algue. C’est une plante halophyte. Tendre et charnue, elle a un léger goût salé. La salicorne se consomme crue en salade ou seule. Marinée, elle remplace les cornichons. Elle est idéale à servir avec de la charcuterie. C’est un délicieux légume à servir revenu à la poêle ou cuit à l’eau. Elle accompagne parfaitement poissons, viandes rouges ou blanche.
Ingrédients : Salicorne, eau, vinaigre de vin blanc et d'alcool, carottes, oignons, sel marin.
