Description
Scomber scombrus caught between October and March, during the peak season, mackerel are court-bouillon-cooked, filleted with scissors and then nested by hand. Mackerel lovers will appreciate this preparation accompanied by organic olive oil; lots of flavor and a particularly tender texture.
Ingredients : Scomber scombrus mackerel fillets 57% (caught in the North East Atlantic), water, vinegar*, rapeseed oil, onions, spices and herbs, tomato paste, salt, thickeners: guar and carob flours, natural flavourings. *Contains sulfites. Information in bold is for intolerant or allergic persons. May contain traces of fish.
