A balanced caviar
On the palate, this producer caviar is characterized by the melting texture of the eggs. A hint of hazelnut on the finish. A palette of delicate sensations gives this quality its elegance and balance.
It's best to remove your caviar from the tin 5 minutes before serving. Place it on a bed of ice to preserve its freshness throughout the tasting experience. Use a small mother-of-pearl spoon to avoid breaking the grains and risking oxidation.
