A generous fish recipe, based on wild salmon (44%) and fresh seaweed, all enhanced by sunny spices and aromatics.
Shake well before opening! Serve chilled, spread on toast or place under the grill for two minutes on a thin slice of baguette.
Ingredients: wild salmon flesh 44% (fish), fresh seaweed (dulse, royal kombu, sea lettuce, sea beans) 16%, yuzu puree (yuzu, sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, vinegar alcohol), olive oil, broken black olives, garlic, nasturtium caper in vinegar, concentrated lemon juice, turmeric, white pepper, thyme, seaweed extract (agar-agar).
May contain traces of crustaceans, mollusks, milk and soy.
