Tasting :
Enjoy these rillettes on toast as an aperitif, or as a starter with salad, tomatoes and toasted bread. To fully enjoy the flavor of our rillettes, chill them for a few hours before serving!
Storage :
After opening, keep at + 2° / + 4°C.
Ingredients :
Langoustine 35% (caught in the North Sea, Rockall, North-West Scotland*, fish 25% - non-EU origin), crème fraîche, lime juice, shallots, mustard (water, mustard seed, spirit vinegar, sea salt, cane sugar, spices), carrots, chives, rice flour, salt, thickener: xanthan and guar gums, pepper.
*Contains sulfites.
