The Gross Carte Jaune is composed of:
50 to 55% of Pinot Noir which ensures the typical structure of the wines of the House
15 to 20% of Pinot Meunier which completes the rounding.
28 to 33% Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse necessary for its perfect balance.
Reserve wines, used in high proportion (around 25% and up to 40%) guarantee the durability of the Veuve-Cliquot champagne style.
The power of this champagne with a golden yellow color immediately imposes itself on the nose. Its complexity explodes in the mouth. The first notes of fruit are complemented by more secret notes of brioche and vanilla after bottled ripening.
