Cooked in the workshops of Le Grand Lejon in Binic, Brittany, the delicious recipe of parmentier is inspired by the cooking of our grandmothers in Brittany: a mashed purée, chives, a little olive oil and real pieces haddock thus preserving all the flavor of the sea. The haddock is prepared in the rules of art, first salted then smoked in our workshops in Binic.
Compositon: water, haddock 15%, (smoked haddock, salt, coloring: annatto E160b) milk, potato flake, (spice, preservative, sodium disulphite, antioxidant: E320), hake, fresh cream, sunflower oil, garlic, chives, pepper.
