Description

L'étrille est un petit crabe retrouvé dans les fonds rocheux des côtes Nord de l'Océan Atlantique. Elle mesure  entre 7 à 15cm et est de couleur marron à noire. Elle est pêchée pour sa chair fine et délicieuse et est certainement le crabe le plus savoureux de tous.


Dégustation
Pour cuire l'étrille, jetez-la dans l'eau bouillanteet laissez cuire 20 minutes. Elle peut alors être dégustée telle quelle. En soupe, elle est également délicieuse !
